General Information

  • A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold and block the space. (deposit is applied to the balance.)
  • The balance is due 96 hours prior to your Ceremony/Reception or 10 days before if paying with a personal check.
  • Gazebo rental is $1,000.00 for ceremony only and $600.00 for ceremony with reception.
  • The Gazebo will seat approximately 100-120 people.
  • The Atrium is available for receptions of 150 people or less. However, due to the open Atrium, we do not allow music. The Atrium is a public area and cannot be closed off for any reason. Seating and tables remain as is.
